By accessing or using Susan (“the Service”), operated by Susan (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at trysusan.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Susan is an AI agent platform that deploys intelligent assistants for businesses. Agents can communicate via messaging channels (such as Telegram), connect to third-party tools (such as Jobber, Gmail, and Google Calendar), and perform automated tasks on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@trysusan.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the platform.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (e.g., Jobber, Gmail, Google Calendar). When you authorize an integration, you grant us permission to access and act on your data within that service as needed to operate your AI agent.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Susan agents generate responses using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before acting on it.
We do not guarantee that AI responses will be correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service.
You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to operate and improve the Service on your behalf.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Susan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice in the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
